Candidate Evaluation
After the interviews, we'll discuss your feedback on each candidate, helping refine the search if needed and providing constructive feedback to candidates.
Final Selection
Select your top 1-2 candidates for onsite interviews. We recommend scheduling these quickly, ideally within the following week to maintain momentum.
